Are you a parent of an autistic individual ?
I recognize autism as a natural neurotype and a valid way of being. As a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, I celebrate each child’s unique interests, sensory needs, and play styles while supporting their communication growth. I consider echolalia as meaningful communication, forced eye contact as neurologically overwhelming and stimming as neurological state of thriving. My goal is to advocate for, support & develop authentic, self-expressive communication, not only through verbal speech, but also using alternative methods of communication like AAC.
If this resonates with you and your parenting style, or you're interested in learning more, feel free to schedule a consultation.
