Time Management Skills

Developing specific executive function strategies. Here, we tackle time management, planning, and organization head-on.

Decluttering and organisation systems, weekly planning, task initiation: the neuroscience and the practical toolkit - and effective checklists.

Phase 06

Self-Monitoring & Metacognition

Thinking about your own thinking, real-time self-monitoring, error correction and learning, weekly self-review, and building your inner coach.

Phase 05

Emotional Regulation & Cognitive Flexibility

About Anima

The EF35 Programme was created by Anima, a specialized therapist who recognized a critical gap in support for neurodivergent individuals in India. With years of experience in speech-language and cognitive therapy, Anima developed this structured approach to provide more than just traditional therapy—she provides tools for life. Her mission is to transform minds by fostering deep self-awareness and practical executive function mastery, helping every individual navigate their world with confidence.

How to Get Started

The EF35 executive function programme supports parents and children in
developing the tools needed for real-world independence.

STEP 1

Intake Call

The process begins with an intake call. This is the first step towards understanding an indivudla's specific needs and mapping out their growth.

STEP 2

Assessment

Once the call is completed, an EF35 based assessment will be conducted to establish a baseline of existing executive function skills.

STEP 3

Executive Functioning Profile

The therapist will help arrive at an executive function profile with help of assessment and self-rating scales.

STEP 6

Therapy Session

The therapist will work with the individual for consistent, therapeutic input, using evidence-based cognitive support tools.

STEP 5

Extension Tracks

Extension Tracks are optional sessions that relate to an individuals core need behind executive function challenges. Currently there are 8 Extension Tracks that are offered.

STEP 4

Personalized Pathway Selection

The therapist will help determine the specific pathway and extension tracks, if applicable.

EF35 Extension Tracks

Continue the Journey with EF35 Extension Tracks

Executive functioning challenges don’t look the same for everyone. While EF35 builds the foundation, some individuals benefit from additional support tailored to their unique profile or life stage.

Following a clinical review during the EF35 program, your clinician may recommend one or more specialised Extension Tracks. These optional modules provide focused intervention for challenges commonly seen in ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Giftedness, college transition, or the workplace.

Each Extension Track is designed to deepen learning, strengthen real-world application, and help participants build sustainable strategies for long-term success.

Optional Modules

Our Extension Tracks

ADHD Nervous System Module

Executive functioning challenges in ADHD are closely tied to how the brain regulates motivation, attention, emotions, and energy. This extension helps individuals understand their ADHD brain through a strengths-based, neuroscience-informed approach. Topics include dopamine and motivation, the knowing-doing gap, hyperfocus, overwhelm, burnout, and creating ADHD-friendly environments that support everyday success.

Dyslexia Executive Support Track

Reading and writing challenges often increase cognitive load, making executive functioning even more demanding. This extension focuses on reducing mental fatigue through cognitive load management, external memory systems, assistive technology, self-advocacy, and building confidence beyond academic performance.

College Readiness Extension Track

Transitioning to college requires more than academic skills—it requires independent executive functioning. This extension prepares students to manage routines, deadlines, study planning, self-advocacy, accommodations, and the demands of independent living with greater confidence.

Autism & AuDHD Extension Track

Designed for autistic individuals and those with co-occurring Autism and ADHD (AuDHD), this extension addresses executive functioning through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Sessions explore sensory regulation, transitions and flexibility, social executive functioning, masking, burnout, and sustainable recovery strategies to improve daily participation and wellbeing.

Gifted & Twice-Exceptional (2E) Track

Gifted individuals, particularly those who are twice-exceptional, often experience perfectionism, emotional intensity, and burnout despite high ability. This extension helps develop healthier approaches to achievement, manage overthinking, build emotional resilience, and strengthen executive functioning without relying solely on performance.

Workplace Executive Functioning Track

Designed for young adults and professionals, this extension focuses on the executive functioning skills required in the workplace. Sessions cover workload management, prioritization, professional communication, meeting preparation, sustainable productivity, and burnout prevention to support long-term career success.

Personalised for Individual Needs

Not every participant requires every extension. Based on the initial executive functioning assessment and clinical profile, relevant modules can be integrated into the EF35 program to create a personalised intervention plan that addresses the individual's unique strengths, challenges, and life goals.
